Chefsville Girl Scouts: Eating for Beauty

Class Description: Cadettes will love this program as they join Chefsville Chefs to journey on an adventure of staying healthy. This program builds confidence, character, organization & planning skills as they explore the health and nutrition. Cadettes will learn about using food to reduce stress, have more energy, how eating affects the skin all while learning the healthy habits based on the latest research.  One of our founder’s favorite classes ever put together.
