Camp: Recipe Testing Lab
Description: Kids 7+ will have so much fun. This camp will test recipes and using the scientific method figure out what works and what doesn't. Kids will multiply their confidence and skill set in the kitchen. This camp will cover food and kitchen safety, then dive on in to all kinds of edible experiments that kids will enjoy. This program will work with fruits, vegetables, breads, poultry, meats, and desserts. A culinary skills preparation for competitions and enjoyment!
Course # 8233 March 12-15, 2018 1pm - 4pm Monday thru Thursday Spring Break Week!
Activity Fee - $125.00 + $25 supply fee for instructor due at the beginning of the program.
