We’ll make up to 4 types of Sushi:

  • Nigari – rice on the bottom, topping on the top.
  • Gunkan – rice on the inside, seaweed wrapped around, and topping on the top.
  • Inari – rice on the inside, wrapped with fried seasoned tofu skin.
  • Maki – This is your typical sushi roll.
  • All Shushi rolls will be a hands-on activity for all the guests.
  • Mexican Pizza – Fresh dough, Mexican blend cheese, fresh salsa, and turkey meat or refried beans spread.
  • Empanadas (Savory or Sweet)
  • Guacamole or Queso Fundido
